4 (6-8 ounce) beef filets

Salt

Fresh cracked pepper

Lemon juice

1 onion, chopped

1 stick butter, softened

¼ cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley, thyme,

basil, rosemary)

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Season filets liberally with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Heat grill or black skillet to medium high heat. When ready to cook, place filets on grill or pan and cook on each side 4-5 minutes until steak reaches desired temperature (140 degrees, rare; 170 degrees, well done) Remove from heat and keep warm. Top with caramelized onions and steak butter. Serve immediately.
